Giuseppe Gatti is the founder of NEUTRAX, a firm in Turin that provides an independent judgment on significant real estate decisions in Italy, before anything is signed.
He has worked in Italian real estate since 1998, as an entrepreneur and investor: buying, renovating and selling property, and operating through court auctions and club deals.
Since 2018 he has also trained professionals to read a transaction before deciding on it. In the same year he led one of the largest Italian real estate crowdfunding campaigns.
His books, all in Italian, include Rivoluzione immobiliare, Errata corrige, Forma mentis and Crescita patrimoniale for Mondadori Electa, and La casa del successo. I Sette Codici, The Seven Codes, is his fifth with Mondadori Electa: seven filters that test a decision on control, time, structure, leverage, exit, scale and continuity.
