Fran loves laughter, learning, talking and writing -- sometimes all at the same time. In 1979, Fran, her husband and newborn daughter lived in a one-room apartment in the back of a small repair shop. At that time, the shop grossed about $20,000 a year. In 2001, the business cracked the million dollar mark, and continued to do so every year since. The business survived uninsured cancer, embezzlements, divorce, cutthroat competition, economic challenges and the steep learning curves our rapidly changing times demand. Her survival secret secret is not a money tree. It is attitude. "The more things change, the more they stay the same." Fran learned the same attitudes that helped our ancestors survive continue to be today's survival secret. All Fran's writing -- non fiction, romance, science fiction -- is dedicated to inspiring the survivor within you. Fran’s fun fiction includes romance, murder and "hard core" science-inspired science fiction. Childhood influence: By tenth grade, Fran attended 13 schools in seven different states and managed to meet people from every continent (second best to traveling.). She learned first hand the United States is an amazing amalgamation of cultures and (most) strangers are future friends. Some strangers proved evil. All memories fertilize the seeds of stories needing telling and Fran is a teller of tales.
