Dr. Tamara Denis-Lewis is a first-generation Haitian American, seasoned educator and author with over 30 years of experience teaching in inner-city schools. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Florida International University, a Master of Arts in Education from Regent University, and a Doctorate in Ministry from North Greenville University. A recipient of numerous district awards for her excellence in academic instruction, Dr. Denis-Lewis brings a deeply informed and compassionate perspective to her work.

Throughout her decades-long teaching career and years serving in youth ministry, Dr. Denis-Lewis has closely observed the growing spiritual and emotional crisis affecting today’s youngest generation, those in the Alpha age group. Deeply concerned by their struggles with identity, emotional trauma, and sexual confusion, she has devoted herself to prayer, study, and scriptural insight to address these issues from a biblical lens.

Her writing is shaped by personal experience, prophetic encounters, and academic research, culminating in her recent book, "The Cry," where she offers hope and guidance to parents, clergy, and teachers navigating these challenges. Dr. Denis-Lewis writes with a nurturing voice and a mission to restore clarity, faith, and identity to a generation in need.
