As Principal Consultant at EsoKiaLyn Favored Solutions, she is passionate about empowering the underprivileged, particularly young women in STEM careers. Dr. Esona also serves as a career coach with Family Life Alignment, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals reach their full potential.
