Daniel brings two decades of environmental and public health experience to his writing. He holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Calgary, focused on drinking water protection, and has taught programs for environmental practitioners at the University of Victoria.
He lives in Victoria, BC, with his wife, where they enjoy walks in Beacon Hill Park and travelling to new places around the world. He also writes children's books under the name Danny Stein.
