Colin, first and foremost, is a student of life, always willing to learn and take on more. Colin has studied Osteopathic Medicine in West Virginia and is Board-Certified in Family Practice and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment. Also, he is amongst the first class of physicians in the world to be Board-Certified in Lifestyle Medicine. In addition, he studied health-supportive and plant-based culinary arts at the Natural Gourmet Institute and health coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, both of which are located in Manhattan, New York. Colin currently works as a traveling physician and his traveling work has been featured in publications such as The DO, MedPage Today, Stat News, and GoWorldTravel. Colin is also the founder of TheChefDoc, an online wellness and lifestyle education platform which has been featured in Jarry Magazine and OWaves and Brit + Co. Colin’s interests outside of medicine include triathlons, scuba diving, and globetrotting.
