Chelli Pumphrey, MA, LPC is a licensed psychotherapist, trauma specialist, author, speaker, and educator with more than 35 years of clinical experience helping individuals heal from complex trauma, narcissistic abuse, coercive control, and emotionally abusive relationships.

She is the author of *Insight Is 20/20: How to Trust Yourself to Protect Yourself from Narcissistic Abuse & Toxic Relationships* and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Association for NPD/Psychopathy Survivor Treatment, Research, & Education. Through her private practice in Denver, Colorado, Chelli provides psychotherapy, relationship coaching, EMDR, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and educational resources for survivors seeking to rebuild self-trust after abuse.

Chelli is also the co-founder of **She Rises Collective**, a trauma-informed online community that provides education, support, and connection for women healing from narcissistic abuse, intimate partner violence, coercive control, and other forms of relational trauma.

Known for challenging outdated narratives that pathologize survivors, Chelli integrates neuroscience, attachment theory, trauma research, and decades of clinical experience to help people understand why they became vulnerable to manipulation, and, more importantly, how to recognize unhealthy relationship patterns before they become deeply entrenched.
