Writing Journey
Andrew's writing career began unexpectedly in April 2024 when a colleague encouraged him to start blogging about leadership. What started as thirty minutes of morning writing quickly evolved into hours of content creation and ultimately led to his first book, Leading Magnanimously, completed in just four months. His structured approach to writing—using detailed table of contents and audio recordings—has enabled him to author multiple works while maintaining his consulting practice.
Professional Background
As a Chief Operations Officer and current fractional executive, Andrew specializes in helping fractured leadership teams and driving efficient use of resources. His work spans everything from business operations and scaling strategies to HR policies and organizational development. He's particularly passionate about mentoring and coaching, with a footprint that extends across Georgia, Iraq, Uzbekistan, Rwanda, Nigeria, Botswana, the Dominican Republic, and Canada.
Personal Philosophy
Andrew believes deeply in the power of continuous learning, authentic leadership, and the transformative impact of reading. He maintains curated reading lists, encourages teams to explore books that challenge their thinking, and uses reading as both formal and informal development tool. His approach to leadership is grounded in being magnanimous—generous in forgiving, understanding, and treating others with dignity and respect.
When not writing or consulting, Andrew enjoys working with wood, building furniture, and creating elaborate Christmas light displays (featuring 45,000 lights on his house). He's also known among his team for an unexpected obsession with Minions, which has become part of his leadership brand.
