Hi there, I’m Alicia. I am a certified Nutritional Therapist specialising in supporting people with chronic skin conditions such as rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, and acne. I focus exclusively on natural treatments—through diet and lifestyle adjustments—because this approach creates lasting results.
Outside of my practice, I write books to share my knowledge and experience of managing chronic skin conditions naturally. My work emphasises the importance of a nourishing diet, conscious lifestyle choices, and emotional well-being.
Six years ago, I was, myself, diagnosed with rosacea. I refused to take medication because I knew it could only provide short-term relief by suppressing the symptoms rather than addressing the root causes of my skin inflammation. Instead, I chose a natural, holistic, and intuitive approach to understand my body and tackle the underlying issue. I succeeded. Six months later, I had rosacea-free skin. It has now been over five years, and I haven’t experienced a single flare-up.
In my first book, “Healing Rosacea with an Anti-Inflammatory Diet and Healthy Lifestyle,” I share my personal journey toward clear skin and present all the steps I took to reverse rosacea. I also include the theories and rationale behind my approach.
My subsequent books, “The Skin Healing Diet” and “The Natural Skin-Healing Protocol for Children's Eczema,” are inspired by my hands-on work as a Nutritional Therapist. Drawing on years of experience helping clients overcome chronic skin conditions, I share practical strategies using nutrition, natural supplements, and lifestyle adjustments — empowering readers to take control of their skin health and achieve lasting results.
My professional experience includes working with conditions such as vascular rosacea, pustular rosacea, ocular rosacea, psoriasis (including scalp psoriasis), perioral dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, and atopic dermatitis (eczema), as well as children’s eczema.
