This book really helped me to understand how women may think and feel and see the world. To understand the difference between feminine and feminist. Also to understand myself and how I can be a confident centered male and to have confidence in being a distinct polar opposite to the feminine energy. All my life I thought this was BS until it was explained correctly in the book. It's really a valuable lesson to learn - for men and women.
