This book has consumed me for the last two days. Work got in the way, but I finally finished it—and OH MY GOD. Prepare for your heart to be ripped out (delicously). This is very character driven although I still felt the plot, emotion, and spice are in perfect balance, and while it ends on a cliffhanger, you’ll love the burn.

I’m not a big MMF romance reader, but this one? It’s unforgettable. The prose and pacing are impeccable, and Giana Darling is a mastermind. The audiobook casting? Perfection. I started reading, but when the audio dropped, I switched—and WOW.

Shane East: Dominating as Adam Myers is the most delicious experience you’ll ever have in your ears. The good girl and good boy moments? Delivered deliciously with that signature Shane magic — Shane’s performance oozes heat
CJ Mission: His Italian accent as Sebastian is flawless. Italian accents can be tricky, but CJ nailed it and was hot as f.
Desiree Ketchum: As Savannah, she’s prim and proper but a total vixen in the sheets. I’m dying to dive deeper into her story in Book 2.

This duet narration is cinematic. It’s a movie in your ears—intense, passionate, and utterly immersive. The tension? Chef’s kiss. The spice? Hits from the get-go. The eargasms? Plentiful (trust me, plenty).

I was transported to iconic locations in Chelsea and Italy, ticking off my bucket list from the comfort of my couch. It’s always been my dream to explore these places, and Giana brought them to life so vividly.

Warning: This one will sting a bit, but we live for the torture, don’t we? The burn before the bliss is everything, and Giana delivers in spades.

the audiobook is a MUST. Shane, CJ, and Desiree made this story an out-of-body experience. 10/10. Not enough stars in the universe. Thank you, Giana Darling, for this phenomenal story. Book 2, I’m ready for you!

Well that was a book that I will remember. Dying to read the next one now though! Sebastian is just the most gorgeous, uninhibited, passionate young man that seems far older than his years after all he has experienced, yet still retaining this belief in love. It also had POV from Adam who I also really liked and felt for. Who I didn't like is Savannah and I'm not going to spoil anything but there is someone I hope evolves in his life other than Adam if there is a future for them. Gah I don't know how this series will turn out but I can't wait. This book was so hot and steamy, yet so heartfelt aswell. It built you and then dropped you from up high. I want Sebastian to find his happy ending. Stellar performance by all the narrators!

C J Mission did an outstanding job with the narration!!! His Italian was on point. Not sure I liked Savannah. She is too self centred and cruel. I hope Sebastian and Adam have a happily ever after. Can’t wait for the next book!
