On an alternate Earth where magic is the norm Melissa Parker is just starting to learn her craft. On this Earth, science takes a backseat as everyone is capable of performing magic. Wizards can be male or female. However, not everyone is equal. Some have a gift, a gift that only manifests itself in later life. Melissa doesn't quite know what her gift is when she starts her first year at Magic High, a school for learning magic, responsibly.
