I had such high hopes for this one! 3 of my favourite male narrators in it and they made this book worth listening to. The female character annoyed me to tears and her voice was robotic and fast....made me cringe at times. The story was rushed at the end which disappointed me, BUT Colvin King, jacob morgan and Joe Arden are brilliant! loved their work.

This audiobook delivered everything I wanted from a dark why choose romance, masked men, obsession, possessiveness, emotional tension, and characters who are just the right amount of unhinged.

Definitely read the trigger warnings before jumping in.

Lily was such an interesting FMC. Haunted by the trauma of witnessing her mother's death. Watching her struggle between protecting herself and giving in to the three men determined to have her made for an emotional journey.

Jace was intense from the very beginning. Possessive, relentless, and absolutely unwilling to lose Lily, he quickly became the driving force behind the story. His obsession with her was impossible to ignore. Took me a little while to like him.

Caleb completely surprised me. As Lily's lifelong best friend, he was the steady, caring presence in her life, but beneath that gentle exterior was someone just as determined to claim her. I loved seeing his softer side balance the chaos around him. At the end I ended up loving everything about him.

Then there's Damien... the wild card. Dark, unpredictable, and fiercely protective in his own twisted way, he brought an edge to every scene he was in. Unhinged character and I absolutely loved him.

The story kept me hooked from start to finish. While I would have loved a little more emotional depth in some areas, it was still an addictive listen with plenty of twists, tension, and spice.

Now, the audiobook...

Lucy Rivers, Corvin King, Joe Arden, and Jacob Morgan absolutely elevated this story. Every narrator embodied their character perfectly, making each POV feel distinct and believable. The chemistry between the cast was incredible, and the full-cast duet narration made every emotional moment, argument, and darker scene feel so immersive.

Joe Arden, Corvin King, and Jacob Morgan together? That's an automatic win for me. Their performances brought so much personality to the MMCs, while Lucy Rivers perfectly captured Lily's vulnerability, strength, and emotional conflict.

I absolutely loved this book, knew from the beginning it would be good I mean come on it’s Lucy Rivers, Joe Arden, Corvin king and Jacob Morgan, you really have no choice but to be excited as hell. I devoured this book in no time at all, sleep be damned, even with a migraine I kept going, I just could not stop listening. Joe does unhinged incredibly well, his laugh, even his speech, everything, this man breathes unhinged madness and I’m here for it, reminded me of his role as Malachi Vize and everyone knows my love for Malachi. Jacob did such an amazing job with his narration, I love his voice, Lucy is such a talented and amazing narrator and I love listening to her, and of course last but definitely not least is Corvin, sweet handsome darling Corvin, his voice is the stuff of all great dreams, the kind of man you want to bring home to meet your family because he’s so charming, he can talk recipes with your family then later that night whisper such dirty praise in your ear while your in bed, I just can not get enough of him and his talent. 1000/10 highly recommend, it’s amazing and you can not go past this book and not love it!
