The audiobook is brought to life in a fantastic duet by Stella Hunter and Tor Thom, whose performances capture Rhea’s vulnerability and strength, Darius’s alpha intensity, and the chemistry between them perfectly. Every tense moment, fated-mate beat, and emotional heartbreak lands vividly.

Rhea remains fierce and lovable, Darius utterly devoted, and the villains are more despicable than ever—making each triumph and twist all the more satisfying. Dark, immersive, and impossible to stop listening to, this is a must for fans of paranormal romance and shifters.

Emotional, Gritty, and Perfectly Performed

Lots of words not much progress, same problem again and again leaving not much depth in the characters. I feel like it’s telling you how the characters feel/ how you should feel about them rather than putting the words into actions and letting you make that decision for yourself. Spicy scene/ thoughts come out of nowhere and at odd times that just make you feel icky. The wolf side of it kind of feels useless, like it’s just there so they can say they’re Alfa and have a little link.
Male narrator sounds like his talking in dot points and he drags out the last word of the sentence. Female narrator has been good though,
