About this listen

Seven Years to Sin is a smart, sensual story of a young woman's sexual awakening at the hands of a handsome rogue in Regency England.

Seven years ago, on the eve of her wedding, young Lady Jessica Sheffield witnessed a scandalous seduction by the roguish Alistair Caulfield. But after years of serene and comfortable marriage, the widowed Jessica still cannot free her dreams of Alistair and that long ago night.

The prose is wonderful but it seemed quite disconnected from who the characters are. Despite repetition regarding those characters, they remain oddly out of touch and one dimensional; dry and rather boring.

A shame, given how well Ms Day writes but I need better characterisation to enjoy a story

Repetitive
