Very informative...loved following the journey

loved the journey of Isobel and T..and the courage to follow through it took. I only wish that there were more workshops like you went to in Australia!

awful absolute garbage and a disservice to humanity

The author hasn’t even bothered to research women’s anatomy and perpetuates outdated myths about the clitoris being a little button that’s hard to find!!! also some shonky 15 minute rubbing excercise that sounds utterly awful
best of luck to her and any man or woman who takes her advice
get you sh*t together Isabel!!
i couldn’t finish this book it showed no sign of improving
