About this listen

Casey Alexander grew up part of the Ravage Motorcycle Club family since the day she was abandoned by her mother and thrown into her father's lap. Always seeing herself as an outsider, she spent her whole life trying to fit in but never really succeeding. When she loses her beloved father, the utter aloneness engulfs her, leaving her searching for solace in the one man she's always craved.

Gage Thomas (G. T.) Gavelson fell in love with his Angel when he was just a pint-sized kid. Both beautiful and smart, he always felt that she deserved so much better than him. Growing up beside her in the club only continued to test his will power, until one night he gave into temptation. Realizing that he couldn't allow himself to hold her back from the life she deserved, he pushed her away.

When a tragic shootout occurs, everything changes as once again Casey and G. T.'s lives are intermingled. When you find your way back to the one person you are meant to be with, forgiveness should be easy. But sometimes, we hurt each other too much to ever be able to forgive. Is their love strong enough to heal their pain?

Was really looking forward to listening to this story with Casey and GT but left a bit to be desired.
Male narration was great but found the female lacking, weak almost.
Not sure if it was the narration but she was introduced as a stronger character in the first book.
Writing could have been better, but was free, so...

Didn't disappoint, but didn't impress either.

A bit slow to start but once it got going it was an awesome read. Once the truth was out they worked on coming together. She was kidnapped and he found her with some help from his brothers.
Narration was awesome too.

it was great in the beginning but felt bored towards the end of the book. mainly because I felt the Narrator for GTs character speed read through it. I felt that I had to go back a few times to catch what was said.

that's it I'm done, can't do any more of this author. the reviews of the next ones are sliding downhill which doesn't help the cause.
the MC is way too soft and the alphas are just too pushy and arrogant. I know they are MC but I've read theses books where they are pure gold alphas but not so petty with their controlling jealousy. the heroine here...I can cut her some slack as she's portrayed as never feeling like she belonged....but her fragility is in contrast with the near ending of book 1....couldn't take to her at all. the stubbornness and pride tries to run deep in the men but pulls up short and does a beaut 180.
sorry Ms Michele can't do, not after t.m. Frazier and tillie cole.
if you like hot men with over the top attitude, kickass women who tend to cave along with their love and a softer MC club...go right ahead with this series, you'll like it, me...I like super grit!

Compared to the first book it definitely isn’t as good. Casey’s narrator made princess sound like harlequin (Margot Robbie) and not a fan of how she read. Hard to remember the story was set around a MC club.
