This was a bit of a different Mafia book. Andre and Lila were certainly hot and heavy throughout this story. I enjoyed the way they met and how Andre managed to barge into Lila's life by buying the company she worked for.

There were some funny moments throughout this book. I really enjoyed the dynamics of the relationship between Andre and Lila.

There were moments when Lila's innocence of Andre's world resulted in her naively believing what she was being told and blindly following and putting herself in danger.

I read on Kindle and read along on Audible with good duet style audio.
