Publisher's Summary

The sparks of unexpected passion ignite in this electrifying GhostWalker novel from number-one New York Times best-selling author Christine Feehan.

When Malichai Fortunes attacks a problem, he does it full force - a habit that earns the GhostWalker a painful injury and a forced vacation in San Diego, California. With nothing but physical therapy on the horizon, Malichai is starting to get restless...until a striking blue-eyed blonde makes all his senses come alive.

Amaryllis is kind and warm and sees beyond Malichai's rough exterior, but he can tell there's something she's hiding. Her innate healing abilities indicate she might be a GhostWalker - albeit an untrained one. Malichai doesn't think their crossing paths is anything more than coincidence, but he can sense that one wrong word could send Amaryllis running.

When strange events at his temporary retreat put Malichai on high alert, he knows he won't be able to deal with the threat and keep his woman safe in his weakened state. But calling in his brothers means telling Amaryllis what he really is, and revealing that he knows the truth about her too....

Lethal Game

I thoroughly enjoyed this story and the narrator is very good.
The next instalment of the Ghost Walkers featuring Malachi and Amarilys. The team are called in when Malachi gets tangled in a plot where a special forces team are attempting to do serious damage at a peace convention.

Excellent

The 16th GhostWalker story is about Malichai Fortunes and Amaryllis Johnson. Malichai is forced to vacation in San Diego, California after his leg is shot to pieces when he is rescuing soldiers from harms way in Afghanistan. There a blonde haired blue eyed woman (Amaryllis) catches his attention immediately. Her innate healing abilities indicate she might be a GhostWalker—albeit an untrained one but, she saves his life and everything changes in Malichai's world. He faces having to call his brothers in and trying to stop Amaryllis from running from him all while there is a terrorist plot unvolving around them and a threat from Amaryllis's past surfaces. And just to top it off he also fighting to save his leg. Another brilliant edition in the series which I highly recommend. I love Christine's worlds and I am addicted to all of them and wouldn't mind living in all of them, she sure knows how to write an amazing story.
