You just want to shout the bleedn obvious but Truley and Noah don’t seem to get the obvious either. If it doesn’t make sense then how can you make that work.? Terrific story of friends that mean more to each other than they realise. Well narrated with all characters easily followed

Loved this book, the story and the wonderful Shane East did a fantastic job at narrating this book.

Noah was great, his history and everything about him was written perfectly!! Truly on the other hand was slightly irritating and over dramatic in some parts which made me roll my eyes and even cringe BUT overall it was a good read :)

I loved Truly and Noah’s story. Truly has always had a crush on Noah but he had moved to New York. When he returns to London a couple of years later their paths cross again as he is best friends with Truly’s twin sister’s husband. Their friends to lovers relationship is a slow sweet burn with a lot of touching moments. A great read I couldn’t put down!

I see Louise Bay books everywhere but this was my first. It started out great but then she lost me when the H pretty much belittled the h when she was having a panic attack. Maybe I'm more sensitive to misogyny these days, but this behaviour continued throughout the rest of the book, even from the h sister!
Performances were great though.

Jist couldn't do it any longer ! Story line plausible but the narration for me was awful and killed what could have been a nice book. If you like a monologue go for it, if you like something listenable forget it.

Just didn’t grab me. I usually love when a new Louise Bay book comes out, but the last couple just haven’t been up to the usual can’t put it down standard.

I love Louise Bay’s books and generally give 5 stars but the characters in this story were not to my taste. I found Truly insipid and irritating and Noah bullish and shallow. I prefer a bit more depth in character, which is definitely the case with some of the author’s other work.
