this was as scary as book 2 but it was very dark.
it was definitely giving Edge of Darkness by Leigh River vibes!!

After listening to the first book, I had to get this one too. The story is so good, the narrators brought so much emotion it gripped my heart the entire time. Lots of spice. 🌶🌶🌶🌶

Again I can not praise Gigi Styx enough for her incredible writing and story telling, absolutely incredible. Madison Mitts and Theodore Zephyr, what can I say other than their breathtaking performances of Amethyst and Xero grieves, I was again right from the beginning hooked and begging for more, I laughed, cried and screamed, even pumping my fist in the air for the scenes of vengeance and retribution! I know there was a reason I was drawn to these books, not just the names Amaryllis and Dahlia have been on a list of mine that I’ve loved since my teens, and were brought to life in the most magnificent way, also the connection I felt to the characters. I am very sad, only because I can never listen to these books for the first time again, I was drawn in and feel a part of me has been left inside the books, Bravo to Gigi, Madison and Theodore, for all your hard work I truely adore you all! Thank you for this masterpiece of literature!!!!

The 2nd book of the series is OK. Definitely didn't live up to the hype.
The amount of times the mfc felt things in her clit was bordering ridiculous really. Liked the Xero narrator, but Amaryllis had this wierd whiney all over the place voice - sometimes for no reason at all. I wanted to like this way more than I did......
