the narrators were just sublime.

my only issue was her parents... ugh! Addy has all this courage to get through what she did but no spine to cut the toxic af mother out of her life. though...im not a believer in "blood is thicker than water" bs. book would have been 10/10 if the mother was told to get lost

The story line had me on the edge of my seat the whole time and the voice acting is sensational. This book tore my heart out and ran over it with a steam roller and also embraced it in the warmest hug ever to stitch my chest back together. It’s raw, brutal and gut wrenching but it’s also so full of love and respect and admiration. It made me scream and cry my eyes out with pain but also made my heart swell with love, some parts made me laugh so hard I nearly wet my pants to. I’m absolutely in love with this book and haunting Adeline.
