I've read this book before and loved it so much I wanted to experience the audio version. It was good but the narration left something to be desired. The performance wasn't bad but having a female fake the males voices took all the mystery and intimidation out of the male characters and made their interactions a bit too cringy for my taste.

A friend told me to get it after I asked the friend for Book recommendations. After I asked that friend if she listened and read Haunting Adaline, she said no, but she wants to read it now, so she told me about this book. Hunt me, darling, and she was right. This is a good book. I started listening a minute ago and oh my god I love it.

It was a cool mystery, although I had ideas throughout for what was going on. The author threw in a lot of red herrings that I was constantly questioning it the whole time, keeping me on my toes!

The brothers were your perfect unhinged and obsessed stalkers.

She may need to brush up on her defence skills, which is odd being am FBI agent herself. Otherwise, I enjoyed her growth throughout this book, it was quite fun.

I wouldn’t say there was humour but some of it was cheesy in quite a silly way, which I always appreciate.
