The story felt a little lazy. A lot of sex with very little story substance and the narration detracted from any chance of being immersed in the story. Every character sounded like an 80 year old Muppet with a Liza Minnelli twang. By far, the weakest of ALL the Franklin U series thus far.

I just couldn’t finish this audiobook as I didn’t like the narrator. I ended up reading the ebook to finish the book. I love Cora Rose.

This book has a good story. The narrator though, I did not like. I did not finish the audiobook but finished the novel on my kindle. It’s a shame the narrator let this down as it is a good story.
