Penny and Linc were 🔥 🔥 🔥 I was very quickly convinced they’re meant to be, taboo as they may be! They were so cute together and spice was spicing.
I liked how much of a sap the grumpy I-don’t-want-commitment-or-emotions-Linc turned out to be and it made sense when you realise what happened with his past partner. And the conflict in this case really landed with Penny’s situation. ✔️ ✔️ ✔️
Onto the the twins’ story for which I’m so keen now that I’ve read them in these two previous books 😂 they seem like a hoot.
🎧Narration note: It was really good! One negative is the spicy scenes narration was a bit cringe with how the narrator was almost “acting” in them. Sorry babe.
