A book that made me see some of my deep issues and it's funny how fast things change now that I've seen it clear. Now I am resding it again, for the second time. Many truths in a few words :D

I’ve seen Rian on a few podcasts (with Rich Cooper and Rollo), but I was not familiar with his work.

I picked this up on a whim.

Absolutely fantastic. I consider this book more entertaining than prescriptive, but you still come away with some quality information.

Highly recommended!
