excellent performance by the narrators. the plot had holes that bugged me but I understood why the author may have chosen to allow the gaps to progress the plot. the ending was very satisfactory. I always approve of a HEA that doesn't involve church bells and a minister.

This is one of my favourite step brother books.I have read it a number of times but Devon Ryder and Harley Chase made it their own.They made me love it even more.Such great narration & it gave the story even more edge to a book that was already heavy.

I LOVED this book! The narrators nailed it!

Can we just take a minute to appreciate the craziness that is Cade Rivers!! 🫨 He is so obsessed with his brother that he literally kills his brothers attackers, sends his own father to jail and then listens on the phone while his dad gets gang r*ped and killed in prison. To the world he is absolutely insane - a bit of a psychopath but to Nicky he is his world. He literally does EVERYTHING for him from undressing him, to feeding him, to tugging him into bed and decides the amount of alcohol and/or drugs Nicky can have.

The relationship between the two brothers is both tragic and beautiful and personally I’m so happy they got their HEA.
