I had zero expectations going into this book. It wasn't like other mafia books were the chick weak someone finally wrote a mafia book with some common-sense.

My sister-in-law bought this series as hardcover version of these at Babe 2025 said the author was lovely and even stayed late day one.

This book was really fun. I loved the character of Illiana immediately. She's strong, sassy and oh so dangerous. Whilst the heaviness of the surrounding mafia vibe, you know, fighting and death and all of that stuff, the author still managed to keep it light and funny. There are little connections throughout the story that hint where potential relationships in the series may be going. I will definitely continue reading the series, adding that to my tbr right now. This book is cover to cover action and spice.

I’m already a huge fan of the Bratva series, but when I saw Bratva Bride up for preorder on audio? Instant re-read. Alexis Crusher and Sean Masters absolutely nailed the narration - every scene hit hard, every moment felt more alive. One of my fave mafia books just got even better. I’ll be counting down until the rest of the series drops!

Loved the story! loved such a badarse FMC. Tall and deadly. Ruined by not being a duet narration though, its only dual. I almosted DNF'd because I found it really hard to get into.
