it started out interesting I thought it had the opportunity to be a great time travelling romance story but all it turned out to be us a collection of sex scenes it doesn't even advance the story at all in-between sex scenes.
and professing love for each other at the end.. I call bullshit, it's lust, they never even had a deep and meaningful conversation without to becoming sex.
I got this a part of my membership.. I won't be spending any credits on the rest of the series I am sorry. totally disappointed.
however the narrators did a great job 😊

Beautiful love story set in the 1600s. the Scott, the man, and oh what a setting for storytelling. The book is beautiful the settings so well described I felt I was there. I look forward to next book in the series.

This story was included in the membership and is the first of a series. Unfortunately, there was no real storyline, just 23 chapters of foreplay. Yawn.
Having both a female and male narrator was good, but I won't be finishing the series.
