With Peppy the Puppy, a dog of uncommon wisdom, as his guide, Joey is soon on the trail of giants and other remarkable people in this delightful series of tales. On his journey Joey develops a friendship with Nuria, Raul, and Isabella, children of the peregrine, skilled in healing and music. Together they learn many things: That all life and every place are sacred, that illusion comes in many forms, that sometimes you can be in two places at the same time, and that small people working together can overcome large problems.
