The story is not your typical murder mystery. The sleuth is not a detective, private eye, or lawyer. He's an ordinary guy with an extraordinary dog. Someone is selling Captain Scott's Confederate weapons online, but where are they getting them? Jake is hired to check on the captain's grave and along with his Golden Retriever, Fred, embarks on a journey that leads to a shocking murder....
