Story
It’s hard to cover all of China’s vast history in a short audiobook, but for the sake of leaving out details, we will still give it a try. In this guide, you will be able to learn more about the most important turning events, eras, dynasties, leaders, wars, and cultural aspects of ancient China. Ancient China has different historic periods. The first we will talk about in this audiobook is the Xia Dynasty. And after that, others will be dealt with, as they were the ages that followed that. Then we will discuss the Shang and Zhou dynasty. Enjoy!

Story
Set in the early 1960s, this is the story of a family-oriented community, surrounding a winterbourne stream, in Northern California. It is full of average law-abiding citizens who live in picturesque equestrian properties with white three-rail fences. A violent motor vehicle accident and the attempted resuscitation of the victim, a homeless drug addict, by surgeon Doctor Franklin Carson and his Labrador, Winston, begins a fast-paced story of deception and lies. Story
In 1942, in its rush to assemble a force of seven million to take on the Axis powers, the Army discovered it had inducted some iffy patriots. Unsure of what to do with them, the Army put them all into a misfit company: the 620th Engineer General Service Company. Seething, they considered disobedience, desertion, and, ultimately, a plan to sabotage the war effort. That’s when Dale Maple and two German POWs deserted. Their plans: get to Germany and persuade the government to supply money and materials for guerilla war on US soil. That’s when their fates took an only-in-America turn.

Story
Stalingrad has changed names. It's now called Volgograd and is still one of the largest cities in Russia. But we can't ignore the fact that for a significant time in history, it was called Stalingrad, named after the tyrant and leader of the Soviet Union in the Second World War, Joseph Stalin. Let's explore the history of this city during the Second World War, and why the battles fought there were so horrendous and pivotal in history. It is just one of the bloodiest engagements in the history of warfare, with an approximated two million general losses.

He got ports on the Azov and Baltic Seas, created the structure for the Imperial Russian Navy, ended undisputed Swedish control in the Baltic, and launched the Tsardom's development into a much larger empire. In 1721, he changed the former title of Tsar to the title of Emperor, and he created the city of Saint Petersburg, which stayed Russia's capital till 1917.
