In this episode, Anna and Jeffrey discuss their cool weekend full of movies and ballet. More importantly, they move through chapters 9-12 of A Court of Thorns and Roses. They take a deep dive on whether or not SJM is writing Tamlin's character to be sexy or if Feyre is just a dope who falls for her captor. They find out how to properly pronounce Bogge and Lucien as well as wonder about Tamlin's strange surprise that a person who can't read can do other things in the world. Anna asks Jeffrey if he finds any of this to be romantic and Jeffrey gives a heartfelt and decided answer: "No."

In this episode, Anna and Jeffrey cover the events of Chapters 5-8 of ACOTAR. They wonder about the Faerie world through Feyre's eyes, especially her captor, Tamlin. Tamlin and the other fae seem to be more than interested in Feyre, particularly her love life. Jeffrey wonders if it's appropriate for a potentially immortal being of unknown age and origin to be into a 19 year old mortal. They also discuss the beauty of Flemish still lives, who would play Tamlin in a live action series/movie, what the Cauldron could be, Feyre's inability to not skewer Nesta at all times, whether they like to be bossed around like Tamlin bosses around those in his life, and whether or not Tamlin has a feeding kink.
