  • Happy Halloween Twisted Wisdom listeners! Zach and I realized that we have recently “ghosted you” but we promise it was for significant reasons. Our amazing engineer Matthew has been on the road with an artist named Julien Baker and he is currently on the West Coast leg of that tour. Our wonderful intern Adia has returned to her academic obligations at VCU.

    It may surprise you but we still have plenty in the bank. Tonight we will publish our first live episode recorded at Kindred Spirit Brewery here in Richmond, Virginia on August 19, 2021. It was really a good time with some great friends. We can’t wait to do it again soon!  Over the next few weeks we will cover exercise and weight loss evolution, capping it off with a super interview with sports cardiologist Dr. Paul Thompson.
