    We have a very very special guest today! Our first leasing agent in Multifamily of the Cuff: Ashlyn Gray. Ashlyn works for Lansbrook Village and she is just awesome! You really need to listen to what she said in this episode because she spoke from her heart and it was great!

    • A very detailed description of what it means to be a leasing agent. 
    • Asking for your ID when visiting an apartment community is simply part of their job! Stop overreacting at this!
    • To all the regionals, property managers and even owners: Hire with heart! 
    • Trade shows advice for all supplier partners: take in consideration leasing agents! For real!
