In this episode of The Way Up Health Podcast, we get an in-depth crash course on improving our relationships. With both experience and education, who better to guide us through than Nate & Angilyn Bagley?

  • How to Healthily "Listen, Learn & Love" - with Richard Ostler
    Feb 23 2022

In this episode of the Way Up Health Podcast, we get to hear from Richard Ostler. Richard is a proud husband, father, author, and prominent advocate for spiritual health and well-being. He hosts the Listen, Learn, and Love podcast with the purpose of creating an accepting spiritual atmosphere for all individuals.

DISCLAIMER: This episode is heavily rooted in the values, terminology, and teachings of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a faith that both the guest and I belong to. Even though we're speaking from a specific religious lens, this whole episode focuses on aspects of spirituality, acceptance, and love that transcend just one religion or one individual’s opinion. Knowing that a lot of my current audience shares similar values, and even asked for some of the topics covered, my only hope is that this episode can be as informative, accepting, and hopeful as the other episodes.

Richard and I discuss the struggles in aligning with spiritual values, how to navigate individuality within religious parameters, and how vulnerability and acceptance can conquer shame. I hope you enjoy and thanks for joining us on the Way Up.
