  • Don't be afraid to start...unless it's trying to find love on TV (be very afraid)
    Apr 17 2024

A bit of a different vibe on the waffle this week!

After 4 years of podcasting, I sit down with a good friend of mine, Luke, to have a beer and waffle about what's been going on recently!

This waffle wasn't planned, but following on from a song that has been stuck in my head for weeks, it grew into a powerful conversation!

The main takeaways from the episode are:

    • Don't be afraid to start
    • It's ok to self-validate
    • Thing's are supposed to scare us
    • Viral Podcast Episodes
    • Why you shouldn't try to find love on TV

This podcast has a bit of everything and actually contains some really good advice, so I hope it helps!

  • Transitioning, Trusting Yourself and Tunes with Dylan and the Moon!
    Apr 9 2024

Joining me for a waffle this week is the ridiculously talented Dylan and the Moon!

Dylan is a proud trans man, musician, podcaster, and now public speaker who is as inspiring as he is talented!

We have a waffle about his transition journey, coping mechanisms, and how embracing your weirdness can change your life for the better!

We also have a waffle about his brand new single, Off My Brain, where he duets with his former self, Lots Holloway which makes for one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard. The song takes you on a journey that leaves you feeling proud of your journey so far!

This podcast has a bit of everything and has some really great advice, Dylan is so open and honest about his journey with self-discovery and his struggle with accepting his former self, that really resonates with me. I really hope this episode helps others to embrace who they are and to be proud of their journey so far!

I really hope you enjoy the episode, and don't forget to hit the subscribe button!
