  • EPISODE 10: CHRIS LUDOVINA: CHOPPERS, LOWRIDERS, AND TATTOOS
    May 27 2024

Hey everybody, welcome to Episode 10 of The Soul Motorcycling Podcast. In this episode, I get to sit down with my good friend Chris Ludovina From Secret Kindom Tattoo.

If you have ever had the luck to hang out and talk with Chris, it didn't take you long to realize that he is one of the raddest and most authentic people you will ever meet.

He gives us a walkaround of his 74 shovelhead chopper. I am telling you , this thing is truly the definition of cool.

We also talk about how rad his six-four Impala is. And yes, it's sitting on juice.

We discuss Chris's 18-year tattooing career and his journey from a teenage punk rocker who felt at home in a tattoo shop to a dedicated professional tattoo artist.

He talks about his path to sobriety at 22, and how his embrace of motorcycling as a life-changing passion helped make him who he is today

We share experiences of finding community in subcultures, whether tattoos, motorcycles, skating, or lowriders, and how these passions provide a life-changing sense of belonging and confidence.

We also explore the influence of music on these cultures and the sense of camaraderie that comes from shared creative endeavors.

Not only is this my favorite episode so far, I genuinely think this is one of the best conversations I have ever had.

I hope you enjoy this as much as I did. Thanks for listening.

  • EPISDODE NINE: THE COMEBACK EPISODE
    May 27 2024

Hey everybody! Welcome to episode 9 of the Soul Motorcycling podcast.

I know it's been a minute since we hung out, but Jason and I had some pretty rad family events to attend. It has been a good time, but it feels rad to get back into the lab and put in work with some of the new gear we picked up.

In our comeback episode, we reflect on recent personal milestones, family trips, and the significance of motorcycling in or our lives.

We break down the Folsom Police Rodeo and have an insightful conversation with Quinn Redeker about motor officer training and the importance of self-improvement and learning.

Jason Talks to us about his experience with the motorcycle culture in Denver and helmet laws across different states. We see people not wearing helmets. Do they fit a specific stereotype?

I hope you enjoy the episode. Thanks for listening.
