Surrender is hard work! In our case, it requires intense warfare against our self-centered nature.

Surrendering your life means: 1) Following God's lead without knowing where he's sending you; 2) Waiting for God's timing without knowing when it will come; 3) Expecting a miracle without knowing how God will provide; 4) Trusting God's purpose without understanding the circumstances.

Offering yourself to God is what worship is all about. The says," And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice---the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him. God wants all of us, 99 1/2 won't do.

It is God's love that leads us to surrender to Him. The more that we seek Him, the more He reveals Himself, the more we find out how much He loves us will lead us to worship Him in surrendering all aspects of our lives. God is not going to wrestle us into submission. This is not the WWE. He is not going to beat you into submitting like this is a street fight or cage match. He will love you into it!
