  • Taylor Is An Empath & Stassi Isn't
    Jun 5 2024

On this episode, Stassi's bestie Taylor Strecker is in Los Angeles! Taylor and Stassi jump right into conversation where Taylor declares she's an empath and Stassi declares she is not. The pair dissect how this affects their relationships and friendships - and how a lack of empathy is also a main quality of serial killers.

Taylor gushes over how sweet Messer is and Stassi proclaims that she birthed the most angelic baby on earth. They compare Messer and Hartford as babies, and they predict how sharply opinionated Hartford will be growing up (and already is).

Inspired by the latest episode of The Valley, they end by sharing what they'd dress up as if they were dressing as their partner's fantasies.

  • A Boundary Queen and an Overachiever
    May 29 2024

On this solo episode, Stassi is echoing the overall message of her upcoming book while dissecting two specific women in pop culture who are getting flack in her algorithm. First, she talks about Kelly Rowland and her incident with the security guard at Cannes. While some were saying Kelly was unnecessarily rude, Stassi commends her for enforcing her boundaries and standing up for herself. After all, boundaries are Stassi's favorite. She then dives into the fall of JLo. Stassi loves and has always loved JLo, but she's seeing that JLo is kind of flopping at the moment. Stassi discusses where she thinks JLo went wrong, why she thinks people are being so hard on her, and how she thinks she should move forward.

Preorder Stassi's book, You Can't Have It All, out September 10th.

  • Something About Us w/ Beau Clark
    May 22 2024

Stassi welcomes her husband Beau Clark back on this episode! Stassi starts off by sharing that she and Beau were trendsetters with the recessional song after their wedding - "Give Me Everything" by Pitbull. If you've already watched Bridgerton Season 3 Part 1, you know it's the song playing in the pivotal scene of the last episode. Stassi talks about how she and Beau searched high and low for a strings/instrumental version of the song for their wedding (before Vitamin String Quartet made this version) and how they ended up finding an obscure one on Youtube to use.

Reflecting on the song tangents into Stassi and Beau reflecting on Italy, their favorite place, and traveling together for the first time, early on in their relationship. They talk about the pros/cons of traveling early on in a relationship (especially to Europe), how they navigated exploring together, and why finding a partner who traveled well was one of the keys to the success of their relationship.

Stassi and Beau dissect why they think they work as a couple, and analyze the Black Cat/Golden Retriever theory. Stassi is the Black Cat and Beau is the Golden Retriever. Through the lens of this theory, they analyze other celebrity couples and why they work or don't work.

Finally, they recap their visit to Katie and Ariana's new sandwich shop, Something About Her (which is opening today)!
