  • Summary

  • You can’t say anything any more - and here to prove it is Harriet Langley-Swindon, with a round of all the best bits of her weekly radio show on a national network that can’t be named for legal reasons. Absolutely Non-Censored [subs please check capitalisation and hyphen] from beginning to end, with all the rubbish edited out. Each week, Harriet will chat through the segments with producer Martin, and we’ll be getting a Hot & Spicy Take Of The Week from resident comedian Eshaan Akbar who was hired because he was funny and not any other reason. NonCensored is created by award-winning comedians Rosie Holt, Brendan Murphy & Eshaan Akbar..

  • 96. Rishi Washy
    May 24 2024
Harriet is joined live from Westminster by the New Statesman's Tim Dalton and from our Westminster Studio by the Telegraph's Siobhan Connery, who give live reaction to the forthcoming general election - why did Rishi call it, how's it going to play out, and what does this mean for 2029? Harriet and Producer Martin also recognise a Hot & Spicy Takeaway of the Week from Eshaan Akbar about the state of Palestine, although lots of people wouldn't. We have a live show coming up on Thursday the 20th June at the Museum of Comedy, we would love to see you there: tickets. There'll be Lee Anderson MP, Penny Mordaunt MP, and MP Rosie Holt will be signing copies of her new book, which is published that day. Thanks to Stephen Smith who signed up to support us at patreon.com/NonCensored this week. If you would like to support the show too, you'll get the full interviews in video, a monthly bonus "time for questions" podcast, and a weekly behind-the-scenes podcast for top-tier backers, which is where we say what we really think about the news and thus run the risk of getting cancelled. You can also keep your questions coming to the team by emailing noncensoredpodcast@gmail.com. And we'll refund a month's subscription for any Patreon who buys a ticket to the live show! Thanks to Rosie Holt (@RosieisaHolt), Brendan Murphy (@notmurphy), Eshaan Akbar (@eshaanakbar), Bethany Black (@bethanyblack.bsky.social), Gareth Gwynn (@garethgwynn) and Ed Morrish. • 94. Nothing To Do With Cyclists!
    May 10 2024
Harriet and Producer Martin are joined by Britain's newest Labour MP, Natalie Elphicke, who dramatically joined Sir Keir Starmer's "changed" Labour party this week, and explains why it's the party for her. They also get some post-local election analysis from Lord Sir Edwin Beaufort MP, who has an utterly convincing retort to anyone who thinks the elections went poorly for the Tories. Finally, we're joined by Eshaan Akbar for a Hot & Spicy Takeaway about asylum seekers, which has nothing to do with cycling so if you're a cyclist there's nothing in that section for you and you may as well not listen to it. We have a live show coming up on Thursday the 20th June at the Museum of Comedy, we would love to see you there: tickets.
