  • En 1972 el experto en ocultismo Kenneth Grant. publicó un libro llamado “el renacimiento mágico”. En ese texto, Grant teoriza sobre una posibilidad inquietante que el escritor Howard Philips Lovecraft y el famoso ocultista británico, Aleister Crowley en realidad podrían estar escribiendo sobre las mismas entidades monstruosas y de horror cósmico. En el caso de Lovecraft, serían seres pertenecientes al mismo universo o mitología de los llamados Mitos de Cthulhu y en el caso de Crowley serían los demonios procedentes de sus rituales mágicos, como por ejemplo la invocación a Lam, que ya conocemos.
