  • Summary

  • Welcome to the Keep Moving Forward Podcast home page. I am a retired SFC from the United States Army, have worked as an ER nurse, and have personally experienced struggles with my own mental health. Throughout my journey I have found that treatments and therapy are various in options, and there is no one size fits all when it comes to mental health. Our mission is to ensure that information about mental health gets to those that need it the most, and that everyone knows there is more than one way to get and find help when you need it.
