In this first episode, we learn how and why our hero, Col. Simpson, becomes exiled in space. Also, we learn that his ship's computer, AVIS, has some very human characteristics.

After a couple of over-confident thugs sent Colonel Simpson rocketing into deep space in his spacecraft, The Proof, his ship's AI, AVIS (Audio Visual Intelligence System) informs him that both American and foreign operatives are after his creation, Plasmonium. With Earth facing imminent danger, Colonel Simpson begins his journey back to earth before all hell breaks loose.

After discovering his matter/anti-matter reactor is damaged, Colonel Simpson must first repair his transwarp drive...and a nearby alien planet just might have the resources he needs to do so.

In our last episode, we learned that our hero was about to encounter an alien planet, or, is it?

Our heroine, Avis, was being held captive by a Mystery Man. What secrets did she divulge?

Avis' father, General Stanley, is a cool customer. What are his ultimate motives? Is there more to him than meets the eye?

Deep Space

Here in the fourth episode of The Deep Space Podcast, it becomes clear that Avis Stanley, Colonel Simpson's research partner has more than a vested scientific interest in getting him home. Avis is in love with the Colonel and she will stop at nothing to get him back from Deep Space. But, Avis is not the only one managing affairs of the heart. There are intense emotional feelings running throughout this episode!

• Joy and Avis had a true heart-to-heart and it became apparent that Joy was more deeply involved with operations at The Farm than meets they eye. In the process of their communication, and then with shared information from Bubba, Avis revealed deep seated feelings about Col. Simpson, the love of her life.
• Speaking of love, Captain Nielsen and General Stanley are an item! However, it appears that the Captain also has a dark side; Max found that out. Did you hear that gunshot in that last episode? SHHEEESH!

DSP7 - 'The Craft'



• It looks like whatever Android AVIS and Col. Simpson encountered back in Episode 5 is on a recovery mission! They want their craft back!
• The Federal government suspects that there are shenanigans going on both at Vanderberg and Vandenberg Air Force Bases. Look out General Stanley and Captain Nielsen!
• Is James in danger because of The Craft that Bubba has acquired? Hmmmm.....
• Kidnapping??? In the DSP universe????, Or, is it? HMMMMM.....
