She is recognized for her leadership, community involvement, and ability to mobilize change. Holt began her career as a young entrepreneur, over 20 years ago. She applies her learned skills to implement and define Vibeonix’s strategy and technologies. After years of personal experience and research in neuroscience and human behavior, she went on to build an innovative voice technology assessment revealing emotional and mental wellbeing. Kristi’s business strategy has radically transformed businesses and the lives of those who have used her product. Her product sheds light on emotions and how to build a healthy relationship with each one of them to help people along their journey of self-awareness. Prior to her role at Vibeonix, Kristi has been involved with 10 start-up companies in a variety of industries such as E-commerce, Solar, Subprime Auto Lending, CBD Manufacturing, Media company (local magazine), and Technology. She has successfully exited 6 of her start-up companies. With each start-up, Kristi has fundraised, led an acquisition, led in sales and marketing, and developed numerous processes to success. Kristi sits on the board of the Women Tech Council and is on the Advisory Board of the WeLift UVU program to mentor women entrepreneurs.
