She has spent the last ten years advocating for increased investments in the leadership, power, and well-being of girls and women of color through participatory philanthropy, community organizing, and education. In addition to her philanthropic work, she is the Founder of The Runner’s Apothecary, a recovery brand for athletes. 

    She is passionate about increased capital access to women of color entrepreneurs, Black motherhood and maternal health, and the intersections of movement and recovery. All of her work is driven by her faith, womanism, and her desire to increase well-being and good health for all.
