79: Taking A Break And 1:1 Support

  • Summary

  • In this episode, I share my decision to hit pause on the From Pain to Power Podcast and chat about my plans for 2024 including 1:1 coaching and the Menstrual Cycle Coaching Professional Training.

Be sure to follow the @menstrual_coach_academy to stay up to date with exciting developments throughout 2024.  We are really making waves in this space, and as our field grows in popularity, I'm needing a bit more time and space to give that my full attention.

Since 2022 the intention of this podcast has always been to provide a supportive, educational voice for those experiencing chronic pain or menstrual cycle difficulties such as PMS, PMDD and endometriosis, as well as those wanting to understand Mensural Cycle Awareness. This body of work will remain here for you to access whenever you need.

It has been a pleasure growing this community with you all and I look forward to sharing the insights I uncover after I take some time to look internally and cultivate clarity.

    I chatted about:

    • Where I am professionally
    • 1:1 coaching for business professionals and individuals experiencing chronic pain, PMS, PMDD, endometriosis and Menstrual Cycle Awareness.
    • Menstrual Cycle Coaching Professional Training, a missing piece in the wellness industry
    • 2023 highlights
    • 2024, creating space for creativity
    • Healing, professional support and the gift of time
