Brilliant and heartbreaking
Even better than book 1 .feel even more in love with Will , every heart wrenching moment he when through .

very enticing
The switching off narrators was peculiar ESP considering the was no thread, link to the story, characters, of book layout etc to anticipate or understand why they chose 2 narrators

Clockwork Prince
Where to begin… when you start a book on the 1st of the month, and finish it on the 3rd of that same month, you know it was something special!
The anticipation that was built during the first book (clockwork angel) exploded in a haze of love, adventure, lust, and heartache.
I have never been a massive fan of romance in my novels, but I have been utterly gripped and enthralled by the progression and development of the love triangle that is Tessa, Will, and Jem. How cruel that Will’s whole life has been overshadowed and decimated by the demon, Marvis, only for him to finally learn the truth, but moments too late!
I have soooo many questions… Will Jem and Tessa go through with their marriage? Will Jem find a cure to his illness and live? What will become of Will and Tessa? And why has Will’s sister come to the institute?
I cannot wait to begin the journey that is the clockwork princess, and eagerly await the downfall of Mortmain and his automatons at the hands of the shadowhunters.

I love the way you write Cassandra Clare
I love the fascinating shadow world you have created especially creating back story to the Nephilim that reside in it. Easy to read especially from the era it was written from and the insight into the family of Shadowhunters what they must indure to keep the humans safe from the shadow world

All in all, Great!
Love the Shadowhunter stories! This was my first Audible experience. It alternated from chapter to chapter between a male and female narrator which made me wonder if it would have been better if the characters were split between the narrators like a play rather than chapter to chapter, but that could just a personal preference so all in all was great.
