Great! I'll probably have to buy the actual book
Heaps of really great explanations and advice.
Narrater sounds a bit like Siri at times, but really easy to listen to.
The swearing doesnt bother me, but be warned that there is A LOT.
A PDF of all the extra things she mentioned would be Amazing - I will probably have to buy a copy of the book itself to get the most out of it.

Massive range of topics
It was great to listen to, however to get the most out of it I wouldn’t recommend listening while multi tasking. There are some pivotal sections that require you to write out your circumstances. Loved this book and will re read again

Not that impressed
Don’t need to swear so much to get a message through…
The message is completely lost by the overshadowing amount of swearing, which is sad it might have been a good read.
People trying to improve themselves need a clear focused message. And yes I swear on occasion just don’t need to heart it every second or third word…
