Excellent self help tool
This book was truely amazing in opening my eyes, ears and heart to the fragile but yet strong nature of the human race. This book gave me the courage and strenght to face my own fears and shortcomings and embrace a more loving, self forgiving attitude of myself and others. Thankyou so much for writing this and sharing your experiences.
